Description This is a fun filled weekend camping event in Alamos Canyon just North of Simi Valley. Hundreds of scouts from our district will assemble for competitive games and demonstrations. When and Where Friday, April 20 to Sunday, April 22. Departure will be 4:30pm at Berylwood Elementary School. The boys may want to eat before we leave as we are only going to have a cracker barrel after we set up camp. Note that all vehicles must have a fire extingisher. Food Each Patrol will be preparing their own food. Cost The cost for this outing is $15 for each boy to cover food costs. The troop is picking up the registration fee. There is an optional T-Shirt at a cost of $10 for small and medium sizes, $12 for large and xlarge How to Sign Up Send an email to Jim Zuber confirming that you plan to go. Note that we need parents to sign the following permission slips and return them to Jim Zuber. Dutch Oven Cooking Contest Teams of two or more boys can compete in the cooking content. Let Jim know if your boy has a team that wants to complete. Note the boys need to be responsible for taking thier own medication at the appropriate times. Uniform Class As are required and must be worn when coming to and from Camporee.
